Cool it before the next coffee

After steam the thermoblock is too hot for coffee. The manual gives two ways back: wait 5 minutes, or run water through the wand.

1. Close the knob and switch steam off.
2. Check the coffee temperature lamp: it flashes, and the display flashes the coffee temperature. To wait instead, stop here for 5 minutes.
3. To be quicker, put a cup under the wand and open the knob.
4. Switch to hot water and let it run until the coffee temperature lamp stops flashing.
5. Switch hot water off and close the knob.
