Dial in by taste

Dial it in: grind, temperature, pre-infusion

Keep the dose and the 1:2 yield, and change one thing at a time.

Under 25 seconds, thin or sour: grind finer, then re-program the dose.
Over 30 seconds, harsh or bitter: grind coarser.
Right time but sour: raise the coffee temperature by 1 °C (button 22, PrG); bitter: lower it.
Uneven shots: turn on pre-infusion, Pr in the set-up menu, a few seconds (0 to 5 s).
Keep the same dose and yield while you taste the change.
