The thermoblock and the group

Ascaso's warranty is void if the machine has been taken apart by anyone outside the Ascaso Official Technical Assistance Network, or if it has limescale deposits or has not been cleaned (the manual, section 9).

One stainless-duct thermoblock (230 V: I.2237; 120 V: I.2238) under insulation. The group bell is held to it by four M5 × 50 countersunk hex-socket screws (I.2279), each with a PTFE seal (I.173) to renew whenever they come out.

Espresso Parts sells the complete assembly and says a full rebuild is best handled by an experienced technician. No source gives the element's resistance, the thermal fuses or their ratings.
