Ascaso's warranty is void if the machine has been taken apart by anyone outside the Ascaso Official Technical Assistance Network, or if it has limescale deposits or has not been cleaned (the manual, section 9).

Ascaso publishes no service manual and no service schedule for the Dream PID; its technical documents are for dealers. Its US partner, Espresso Parts, says a full thermoblock rebuild "is best handled by an experienced tech".
