Clean the tank and its filter

The manual's steps, with one addition of ours (step 4).

Lift the lid.
Lift the tank out, drawing the two silicone tubes out of it.
Wash it with water and a neutral detergent, and rinse it well.
Rinse the filter on the end of the suction tube under the tap (our addition; Bezzera gives no interval for it).
Refill with fresh drinking water.
Put the tank back and insert the tubes, with the suction tube touching the bottom.
