Do not descale it yourself

Bezzera gives no descaling method, and its warranty excludes damage from calcification (scale).

The manual's only word on scale is in its troubleshooting: coffee too cold because the water circuit is dirty with limescale means "call a specialised technician". So there is no descaling method here.

Prevention is the owner's part: water of about 15 °F hardness, and a filter if your water is harder. See water and filters.
