The pump and the valves

Bezzera's manual says: if the machine is malfunctioning, do not try to repair it yourself; call technical assistance. Every BZ10 carries an anti-tamper seal that cannot survive opening the case, and Bezzera grants no warranty on a machine whose seal is removed or damaged (12 months from the invoice). Treat this as technician work.

• Pump: an Olab "PLUS" vibration pump from 2020 (7731023.01 at 230 V 50 Hz; 7731024.01 at 120 V), an Ulka EX5 before, with a 100 °C automatic cut-out (7634816).
• Fill valve: a 2-way solenoid (7702322.01 at 220/230 V) that the control unit opens when the boiler needs water.
• Group 3-way valve: an ODE solenoid (7702418R at 230/240 V, 7702419R at 110/120 V) that drains the group through the chrome fitting under the gauge into the tray.
• Group jet: M6 × 6 with a Ø1.2 mm hole (5223005TP), in the line to the group.
