Steps marked "the manual" are from Bezzera's BZ10 instruction manual, cod. 9941074.08, ed. 09/2020, English section. It covers installation, start-up, brewing, steam, hot water, daily cleaning, the safety thermostat (technician only), troubleshooting and the warranty. It gives no descaling method and treats a worn gasket as technician work. Part numbers are from Bezzera's spare-parts catalogue 9942047.05 rev.00, ed. 09/2026. Everything else is marked where it appears as coming from a named retailer (Whole Latte Love, SalesRista, Fine Coffee Company, TMT, Choice Coffee, D.R. Trading, Blue Star Coffee) or an owner (home-barista.com). Retailer and owner videos were read from their pictures; no commentary was transcribed. Nothing here was checked on a machine.

Not settled, and flagged where they appear: the body screw count and size; the bell screw count and size; the 2020 screen screw head; the pressurestat blade size and access; the steam tip and tap nut sizes; whether a 2020 machine has a vacuum breaker; which way the coffee switch turns on; the grate (the 2020 catalogue says a wire grid, every photo shows a perforated plate); and UK and EU seller warranties.

The 3D model is drawn to Bezzera's 250 × 425 × 375 mm, with positions measured from Whole Latte Love's 3D model of the BZ10 and its front photo, not from a Bezzera drawing (none is published). The inside is schematic.
