Steam wand deep clean

Clean the wand and clear the tip

The manual's steps.

Wipe the wand with a damp cloth straight after steaming.
Open the steam lever briefly to blow the tip clear.
If no steam comes, switch off and let the wand cool (the manual: clean when cold).
Clear the 2 holes in the tip with a pin.
Heat up again and open the lever to check steam flows.

The manual: the holes block because the tip goes into the milk, so wipe it every time.
