Normal for a BZ10. The manual sets the valve at 12 bar, and owners say a vibration pump reads high on a blind basket. Owners measured 13 bar on a factory machine (2013). On a 2020 machine the valve adjusts from 9 to 12 bar, but that is inside the case.
