The wand drips, or water weeps at the lever
Not in the manual. Our reading of the parts: drips with the lever at rest point to the tap's seat gasket (5496042); water at the lever points to its PTFE packing (5494004); a leak at the wand nut is its gasket (Whole Latte Love has a video on it).
