The manual's causes: no beans, a blocked burr chamber or chute, water or moisture in the chamber, or the hopper not attached.
- Fill and relock the hopper.
- Clear a blockage with the advanced clean.
- Dry wet burrs thoroughly; a hair dryer is allowed.
