Shots run too fast, the needle stays low
The manual's causes: grind too coarse, too little coffee, tamped too lightly, or the machine needs descaling.
- Grind finer, one step at a time.
- Add coffee and trim with the Razor.
- Tamp firmer, at about 10 to 15 kg.
- Descale if it is due.
- At GRIND SIZE 1 already: move the upper burr one number finer.
