Steam milk, Breville's way

The manual's steps.

Point the tip over the tray and turn the dial towards the steam icon. The light flashes while it heats; some water spits out first.
Turn back to STANDBY when the light stops flashing, and within 8 seconds put the tip 1 to 2 cm under the milk, near the right side of the jug.
Turn the dial back towards steam. Lower the jug a little to let air in, then keep the milk spinning.
Stop at 60 to 65 °C, or when the jug is hot to touch. The Sage Temp Control jug's strip changes colour.
Turn the dial to STANDBY before you lift the jug away.
Wipe the wand with a damp cloth at once, then give a short burst of steam over the tray.
