Steam and hot water work, nothing from the group

Easy causes first (the manual): grind too fine, too much coffee, tamped too hard, a blocked basket, or scale.

Try an empty basket: if water flows, the coffee was the problem.
Descale.
Still nothing: owners have found a thermocoil outlet blocked with scale, a sticking three-way valve, or a failing triac on the board. All service-centre work.
