Espresso and hot water

The Dedica's hot water comes from the frother, the manual's hot water.

1. With the coffee lights steady, put a mug under the frother.
2. Open the steam dial; turn it back to ○ at 100 to 150 ml, about 100 to 120 ml for a long black, and within 60 seconds.
3. Move the mug under the spouts and run a 2-cup shot onto the water.

Water first is a long black: it keeps the crema on top. For an americano, run the shot first and add the water.
