Before a long stop

De'Longhi gives no storage page. Steps 1 to 3 are general practice; 4 and 5 are the manual's.

1. Switch off at ON/OFF and unplug.
2. Empty the tank and let it dry.
3. Empty and wash the drip tray.
4. Dry the space under the tank with a clean sponge.
5. After more than a week unused, run the first-use rinse again before making coffee.
