Coffee drips from the edges of the holder

The manual's causes:

Holder not fitted properly, or dirty: fit it and turn it firmly as far as it goes.
Spout holes or filter blocked: clean them.
The seal has lost its elasticity or is dirty: the manual says have it replaced by Customer Services.

Some leaks start behind the seal: Aurum Coffee opens the machine to reach the group.
