The buttons, lights and steam knob
Three buttons on the sloping front of the head, a dial on its right side and the ON/OFF button low on the right of the base. There is no display: settings are button combinations (the settings menu). Tap a part to see what it does.
Names follow the manual's description page: A6 ON/OFF switch, A11 steam dial, B1 to B7 buttons and lights.
The group, frother, tray and tank
The group sits in the middle, the frother on the right, all over a two-level drip tray, with the tank behind. Tap a part to see what it does.
What is inside the case
Inside: one thermoblock, a vibration pump with its anti-drip valve, a flow meter that measures the cup volumes, the steam tap and the boards.
No brew pressure job. There is no gauge and nothing to adjust. The resistance that builds pressure comes from the pressurised filter. Everything behind the case is Customer Services work; see Full service.
