Ristretto and lungo

Shorter and longer, on the buttons

The Dedica records one volume per button, so set each length on a button. The volumes are Whole Latte Love's short and long shots; De'Longhi gives the range.

1. Put one level measure in the 1-cup filter and the cup under the spouts.
2. Ristretto: hold the 1-cup button and let go at about 20 to 25 ml. That length is now recorded.
3. Lungo: hold it and let go at about 90 ml, the top of the 1-cup range.
4. Record the button again to change back. A reset puts back the factory 35 ml.
