It is on, but it will not heat
The manual's causes first: Eco (display dark), "Fill" still showing, an empty tank, or the overfill protection after a large hot-water draw (switch off briefly and on). Check the set temperature in the menu.
With none of those, Clive Coffee's checks on the original Synchronika are the safety thermostats, elements and relays. The manual says contact your specialist dealer.
