No steam
No steam, or the steam boiler stays cold
First check the display: Steam Enable may be OFF (turn the decoder left and press). The steam boiler heats only after the coffee boiler, so give it the full 15 minutes. Clear the tip holes if steam is weak.
Beyond that, Clive Coffee's causes are a tripped safety thermostat, the element or its relay: dealer work.
