Steps marked "the manual" are from ECM's "SYNCHRONIKA II" user manual, item CM100012-00, English section, edition 05-2025 (the 02-2024 edition, item 86294, has the same content). It covers installation, first use, the menu, brewing, steam, the group clean, the gasket and screen, the steam tip, the boiler water, storage and a troubleshooting table. It sends repairs to an authorised dealer, and descaling and brew-pressure changes to qualified people. Part numbers are from ECM's spare-parts list of 13 March 2025. Everything else is marked where it appears as coming from Clive Coffee (support centre, mostly written on the original Synchronika), Bella Barista or Whole Latte Love (retailers), or owners (home-barista.com), and as "original Synchronika" or "E61" where it is. Nothing here was checked on a machine.

Manual slips flagged where they matter: the Eco example; the "7.9" and "10.2" cross-references; Filter Reminder steps that say "Reset Reminder"; and a "pump switch" in the boiler-water line.

Not settled, and flagged where they appear: the panel screw size (3 or 2.5 mm); the steam-element access panel; the safety valve thread (G1/4" in ECM's list, 3/8" at Clive); how many safety thermostats per boiler and whether they reset by hand; whether fast heat-up can be turned off; the brew temperature range; how much water to draw for the boiler refresh; mains pressure (ECM up to 2 bar, Clive 30 to 45 psi); the gasket direction (ECM rounded side up, Clive bevel down); the joystick directions; the cap and cam sizes; and the warranty by region.

Size: ECM's 335 × 490 × 410 mm excludes the feet, which add about 24 mm (photo measurement), so it stands about 434 mm tall.
