The pump rattles, chirps or buzzes
Clive Coffee: on a new machine, check for shipping wing nuts under the machine: some II batches have two, and they lock the pump so it rattles. On the original Synchronika, a buzzing left panel was the motor capacitor touching the frame; Clive slides it up the motor inside its cable tie (panel off: dealer work).
