Coffee squirts out, or runs too fast

It squirts from the filter holder. The manual's answer: the pressurised "crema perfetta" filter is being used without the black pin it needs, the frothing jet device. Fit the pin, or use a traditional filter. The traditional filters must be used without the pin; the manual lists that mistake under coffee that is not creamy.

It brews in under 20 seconds. The manual's checks: the coffee is not ground too coarse, it has been tamped, and there is enough of it.
