The steam wand drips
The steam wand drips
Drips or spurts from the nozzle while the machine heats, or just after use, are usually normal: the heat pushes out water left in the wand.
A wand that drips all the time needs the retailer's leak test, with the knob closed and the pump running. A drip where the wand leaves the case, mostly while brewing, is a different fault: an O-ring in the wand.
