Weak steam, or none

The first check is the manual's; the rest are the retailer Whole Latte Love's.

1. The nozzle is clogged. Unscrew it and wash it.
2. The boiler is empty after steaming for more than 60 seconds. Load the circuit.
3. A leak at the valve or the wand. Run the leak test.
4. A short burst of steam, then the sound of water running back into the tank. The over-pressure valve is passing.
5. The boiler never reaches steam temperature, or will not hold it. The steam thermostat.
