Before a long stop
La Marzocco says little here: the manual says to disconnect water and power for a long stop, and its tech tips suggest unplugging if it will stand for 36 hours or more.
- Turn the main switch off and unplug the machine. If it is plumbed in, disconnect the water too.
- Empty and wash the tank.
- Empty and wash the drain box.
- Keep the machine somewhere that stays above 5 °C.
To bring it back, go to first start-up.
