Dial it in: grind, temperature, pre-brew

Keep 17 g in and 34 g out, and change one thing at a time.

Under 25 seconds, thin or sour: grind finer.
Over 30 seconds, harsh or bitter: grind coarser.
Right time but sour: raise the brew temperature in the app by 1 °C; bitter: lower it. It ships at 93 °C.
After lowering it, run water from the group for a few seconds, as the manual says, and wait.
Try pre-brew in the app: the pump wets the coffee, pauses, then runs. It can help light roasts and uneven shots.
