Hot water, and fresh tank water

The manual's steps.

Put a cup under the hot-water spout on the left.
Turn the left knob to run hot water, and close it to stop.
Change the water in the tank every day.
After the machine has stood for more than 8 hours, flush it: group 2 minutes, steam 30 seconds, hot water 0.5 litres.

The hot water comes straight from the steam boiler, mixed with some steam, so expect it to spit a little.
