The rotary pump and two solenoid valves
La Marzocco's manual says not to attempt repairs: any repair must be done by La Marzocco or an authorised centre, using original parts, and the warranty is void for components tampered with or repairs by unauthorised people. Treat this as authorised-centre work.
- Pump: a 100 W motor (E.7.017 at 230 V, E.7.018 at 110 V) with a rotary pump head (E.3.031) held by M3 × 12 socket screws, on rubber mounts with M4 nuts.
- Brew valve: a three-way solenoid on the group (B.4.007 / B.4.008), held by M5 × 10 socket screws. Backflushing keeps it clear.
- Fill valve: a two-way solenoid that fills the steam boiler (B.4.005 / B.4.006), with a check valve.
La Marzocco's checklist checks the solenoids and check valves every 2 years. No method for the Micra was found.
