What the app sets

The Micra has no display and no buttons. The manual and La Marzocco's app pages put these settings in the app:

• Brew temperature. 93 °C from the factory. After lowering it, run water from the group for a few seconds.
• Steam. Steam boiler on or off, and STEAM POWER 1 (low), 2 (medium) or 3 (high).
• On, off and schedule, and automatic standby.
• Pre-brew on the tank; pre-infusion only when plumbed in.
• Backflush, an automatic cleaning cycle: see backflush.
• Firmware updates, which only come through the app.

The machine needs a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network. The app also has a Bluetooth "Local Mode".

Wi-Fi off and on, without the app

The manual's method.

1. Take off the drain box and slide the tank out until the blue light flashes.
2. Move the paddle 5 times within 10 seconds. Wi-Fi is now off.
3. Slide the tank back and refit the drain box.
4. To switch Wi-Fi back on, turn the machine off at the main switch and on again.
