Read the pattern against the manual's table.

1 second on, 1 off: still heating. La Marzocco puts heat-up at about 5 minutes. If it never stops on a new machine, the coffee boiler may not have been filled: hold the paddle at brewing for 30 to 40 seconds.
3 seconds on, 1 off: ready, but not on Wi-Fi. Not a fault.
3 seconds off, 1 on, blue off: standby. Not a fault.
