Espresso and hot water

The Europiccola has no hot-water tap, and its steam pipe is for steam. Boil a kettle.

1. Boil a kettle and let it stand for a minute.
2. Americano: pull a shot into a mug, then add 100 to 150 ml of hot water.
3. Long black: pour 100 to 120 ml of hot water into the cup first, then pull the shot onto it.

Water first keeps the crema on top. Whole Latte Love's long black is a double over about 120 ml of water.
