A boiler does not heat

A boiler does not heat, or it is never ready

1. Check the settings. For the steam boiler, a retailer says to confirm it is switched on in the menu and set to 125 °C or more, then allow 20 to 30 minutes.
2. A safety thermostat has tripped. The display looks normal but one boiler stays cold. Reset it.
3. A relay is failing. It struggles to hold temperature or swings widely. That is a dealer job.

If the display flashes without end and the machine is never ready, the manual says: if steam works, do a full reset of the display (see the hidden menu); then switch to economy mode and see whether coffee works alone; then contact your reseller.
