No steam

No steam, or weak steam

The manual's checks, in order:

1. E on the display. Economy mode has the steam boiler off. Hold − for more than 3 seconds to turn it back on, and wait for it to heat.
2. The tip is blocked. Unscrew it, test without it and clean the holes.
3. The steam boiler is not heating. See a boiler does not heat.
