Draw off the steam boiler

The manual lists this with the weekly cleaning. It swaps the water that sits in the steam boiler.

1. Check both boilers are on: there must be no E on the display.
2. Put a 1 litre jug under the hot-water outlet.
3. Press the hot-water button. The machine stops by itself when the command times out.

Owners report about 630 ml comes out, because the hot water is mixed with cold on the way. Some switch pre-infusion off on button 1 first, and do this every month or two. Lelit gives no full drain procedure for this machine.
