The display menu
Every setting, on two keys
Press − to enter the settings and to scroll. Press + to select; the value flashes, and − and + change it. Three seconds after your last press it saves and exits. Most settings show as icons.
The list below is in the order the − key reaches them. After a shot, the time stays on the display for 20 seconds.
Shortcuts, stand-by and symbols
- Flush the group: press both coffee buttons together. A drop shows and water runs for 5 seconds, with no pre-infusion. The manual says to rinse the group this way, not with a coffee button.
- Cleaning cycle: coffee button 1 and the hot-water button together.
- Economy mode: hold − for more than 3 seconds. E shows and the steam boiler is off. Repeat to turn it back on.
- Stand-by: after 30 minutes unused, the display and heating switch off and coffee button 1 flashes every 3 seconds. Press it to wake the machine, then wait for OK.
- Stand-by off or on: switch off, then switch on while holding all three front buttons. A flashing hot-water button means stand-by is enabled.
The manual documents no reminders for cleaning, the filter or descaling. Alarms are explained under a warning triangle or a number.
The hidden technical menu
- Switch the machine off.
- Hold + and − together and switch on.
- Keep both held until KPc shows. Press − to step through.
Lelit documents what the letters mean: c is the coffee boiler and s the steam boiler. With EVS at 1 and the steam boiler on and above 115 °C, steam pressure does the pre-infusion, and BLS sets how many seconds the pump runs first. With the steam boiler off, or EVS at 0, the pump runs for BLP seconds and then pauses.
Lelit publishes no factory values and no ranges. The order below is from an owner-written guide, linked in sources with its author's suggested values.
