The pump keeps running or cuts in often

At switch-on, with only the logo showing and no buttons lit. The display has done a factory reset and is refilling. Let it finish; it takes about a minute. Then check your settings.
It tops up every few minutes while idle. Steam is escaping: see the level probe nut and the anti-vacuum valve.
It runs on after a refill, the steam is wet, or alarm 03 shows. The boiler is overfilling: clean the level probe.
