Set the brew pressure

The adjusting screw is on the expansion valve, at the back right of the cup tray, in front of the tank lid. The range is about 8.5 to 12 bar.

1. Take off the cup tray, as the manual says, or reach the screw through the hole in it.
2. Run a little water from the group, then lock in the portafilter with the blind basket.
3. Press the coffee button and read the gauge.
4. Turn the screw clockwise for more, anticlockwise for less.
5. Press the coffee button to stop.
