Four fasteners, two hex keys

Everything on this machine is metric and almost everything is a hex socket. This is the full set you can reach.

The low domed screws on the cup tray, the rear panel and under the group cover are M4 × 10 button heads with a hex socket. They take a 2.5 mm hex key. They are not Torx and not Phillips. The socket is shallow, so push the key fully in and keep it square, or it rounds out.

Inside: socket caps and M8 nuts

Six taller cylindrical screws hold the boiler to the brew group: M4 × 10 socket head cap screws, taking a 3 mm hex key. The same screw holds the boiler bracket and the drip tray bracket. You do not undo these for any owner job. They seal the boiler gasket.

The three-way valve bolts to the side of the group on two M8 studs, each with a flat washer, a spring washer and an M8 hex nut. They take a 13 mm spanner. Their position in this model is approximate.
