No water from the group

On, but no water from the group

The manual gives three causes, in this order:

1. The tank is low. Refill it.
2. The boiler is empty after steaming. Refill the boiler.
3. The tank is not seated on its valve. Lift it and press it firmly back down.

A loud pump with no water is usually an air lock. Reseat the tank and run the pump again. If it stays dry, switch off and let it cool before trying again.
