Change the boiler water

Water that sits in a small boiler goes stale and concentrates its minerals. Profitec's fix is to draw it off through the steam wand.

1. With the machine hot and steam off, swing the wand over a jug.
2. Open the steam valve and press the coffee button so the pump pushes water out of the wand.
3. Draw about 0.7 litres, then stop the pump and close the valve.
