Steam is weak or stops

It stopped after about 5 minutes. Steam heating times out. Press the steam button off and on again.
It was never strong. The boiler is empty: refill it.
It sputters or sprays sideways. The tip is blocked with milk. Clear the holes with a needle, or unscrew the tip and soak it.
