Tank valve seals

The valve under the tank

The tank plugs onto a spring-loaded valve in its base, so it seals itself when you lift it out. Three seals keep that joint dry: upper (P6020.3), middle (P6025) and lower (B7496076).

If you find water under the machine, check here first.

  1. Lift the tank out.
  2. Look for a cracked socket or a flattened seal.
  3. Press the tank firmly home when it goes back.
