Temperature misbehaves after warm-up

From cold, the GO heats the boiler past brew temperature to warm the group, then drops back. The display shows UP while it does this.

Owners find that steaming or flushing during that phase confuses the controller for the rest of the session. Wait until UP clears before you do anything.
