Quick Mill publishes no service manual and says warranty and support come directly from the authorised retailer. The importer's manual stops at the two reset buttons under the top cover. Anything further inside is dealer or technician work; the notes below say whose they are.

Quick Mill's list: the brass boiler bolts onto the group, sealed by an O-ring (74.3 × 2.62), with the element (RA04005RE at 230 V, RA04005RE1 at 115 V) inside. No Quick Mill or importer removal method exists. Owners and a home-barista technician who did it on original Silvanos:

• Photograph and mark every wire before disconnecting.
• Undo the fittings gently; the boiler comes off by the screws to the floor and one through the back wall.
• One owner needed an impact wrench to free the element.
• Refill the boiler before reconnecting the element.
