Descale
Do not descale: use soft water
The importer's manual: if you use softened water, descaling should not be necessary, and "for liability reasons we strongly discourage descaling and will not provide any instructions." Quick Mill publishes no descaling method either. So this guide gives none.
- Keep scale out with water of 3 grains per gallon or less: see water.
- If you think scale is already there (slow flow, weak steam), take the machine to a Quick Mill dealer.
