No steam

No steam from the wand

The importer's checks, in order:

• Rear steam-unit switch on for at least 2 minutes, and the front steam switch on.
• Tip blocked: clear the holes with a paper clip; unscrew the tip and check tip and wand for dried milk.
• Bottom amber lamp dark with the rear switch on: the steam unit's safety may have tripped. Press its white reset button under the top cover.
• Still nothing: contact your dealer.
