Shots run slow, or nothing comes out

The importer's checks:

Check the pump pressure with the blind basket: 9.5 to 10 bar.
Grind coarser; do not overfill the basket; tamp no harder than about 14 kg (30 lb).
Make sure the long tubes reach the bottom of the tank, and clean their screens.
